SYNOPSIS: Rama Rao has a story of police officers in the family but fails to become one. He has a face-off with a police agent's son, who tries to prevent him from achieving his ideal job.

Rama Rao is a good cop. He desires for changing into an SI and helping the global public. Following a bomb meaning that claims many honest lives, Parasuramaiah IPS, the fair police officer of Hyderabad, promises to free the city of fear-based oppressor applications. He frames a split society made by powerful cop Alexander for the reason. In the interim, Rama Rao gets into a tiff with Rahul, the disobedient child of Parasuramaiah. 

How does this action command Rama Rao's goals of meeting the power? Is Rama Rao ready to understand his aspiration or does he get stalled by circumstances?
