Story:

one Analysis scientist Galen Erso and his family live in shading on the planet Lah'mu while Imperial weapons developer Orson Krennic comes to press him into making the Death Star, a place station-based superweapon able of annihilating entire planets. Galen's wife Lyra, is killed in the battle while their daughter Jyn, leaves and is rescued: rebel die-hard Saw Gerrera.

Thirteen years following, cargo pilot Bodhi Rook cuts from the Empire, using a holographic message recorded Galen to Gerrera on the waste moon Jedha. After reading about the Death Star from an agent at this trading outpost Ring of Kafrene, Rebel Alliance information officer Cassian Andor rescues Jyn from an Royal labor camp at Wobani before taking her to the Rebel leader Mon Mothma, who persuades her to get and save Galen so the Alliance can read and of the Death Star. Cassian is covertly planned to kill Galen rather than remove him.

The daughter of a Summer scientist joins the Rebel Alliance in a dangerous move to keep the Death Star plans.
