Sri Ramadas Is a Devotional Movie Directed by director Darshakendra K.Raghavendra Rao. In this movie, ANR was acted as a Tanisha and Nagarjuna acted as a Gopanna. Gopanna (Nagarjuna) is a happy-go-happy married his childhood like Kamala (Sneha). He secures the job of Tahasildar for Husnabad on the support of his protective uncles Akkanna and Madonna. He gets inspired by the devotion shown by Dammakka towards Lord Rama and the way she defends the idols of Rama, Seeta, and Lakshmana. He represents a great devotee of Lord Rama late.
He vows that he would wait in open place just like a statue of Lord Rama till a temple is constructed. He collects 6 lakhs of coins for donations and creates Rama temple in Bhadrachalam with the direction of his guru Kabir Das (ANR). A few ill-minded somebody mislead emperor Tanisha (Nasseer) that Gopanna misused emperor’s wealth to construct a temple. Meanwhile, Kabir Das talks Gopanna the title of Sri Ramadasu on the order of Lord Rama. The rest of the story is all about how Tanisha realizes his mistake and sets Sri Ramadasu free.
