The movie is about Ganesh (Vishal), who comes from Madurai to maintain his medical course in Chennai. A group of baddies is in pursuit. Meanwhile, Srimathy (Reema Sen), daughter of Ganesh's teacher, wants to meet him and praise him for supporting her develop from the clutches of some vile details. When Ganesh and Srimathy meet they are confused, for they know each other. The convicts, on finding both, vow to kill them. Why? Well, it is a flashback time. Eswari (Shreya Reddy) is a shrewish, arrogant 'kattapanchayat' woman. She lends money at usurious prices and then goes after those kids who leave to repay. Srimati's house falls afoul of Eswari. Ganesh helps Srimathy's folks. Eswari falls for Ganesh's courage and courage: Girl obliges him to marry her. But the hero doesn't. She completes up crime Ganesh's parents and endangers Ganesh to come to them and marry her. Nonetheless, Ganesh thwarts all her plans. Finally, in a freak catastrophe, Eswari meets her fate. Missing Ganesh to be the reason for their sister's death, Eswari's relatives Periya Karuppu (Manoj K Jayan) and Veerasamy (Vijayan) determine to kill him. Ganesh, who leads Chennai for sanctuary, is finally forced to go back to his old methods to fight the baddies and restore order.
